The Impact of Wrongful Convictions: A special CLE and networking reception hosted by Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and the Pennsylvania Innocence Project

This presentation will explore the root causes of wrongful convictions and present the Pennsylvania Innocence Project's case review process through an in-depth case study of an investigation that led to a client's exoneration. We will highlight prosecutorial ethics issues, provide insight into the real-life impact of wrongful convictions for our clients and their families, and explain what you can do to help move this important work forward. A networking reception with light refreshments will follow the presentation.
